Tony and Pam Plunkett
Past General Manager
Tony has been the General Manager at Coleridge Downs for 15 years, coming from a very strong management career on large progressive properties.Tony has driven and developed the Cadet training programme from the start, he has an amazing passion and drive to lead his team to achieve excellent results.Pam is a very important part of the team, Pam works away in the background supporting Tony and assisting with many staff activities and functions.Tony and Pam have 4 adult sons, Tom & Emma -local Sheep Contractor. Will and Renee - Australia. Ben and Sam -Manager Black Hills Station , Oliver - Machinery Operator/Trainee Pilot Australia.
Matt Collins
Matt was with Coleridge Downs for over 5 years, Managing Dry Acheron and Big Ben Stations.
Oliver Topham
After graduating from Lincoln University, Oliver worked at Black Hill Station on the south side of the Rakaia Gorge. Oliver moved to Coleridge Downs where he managed Big Ben and Dry Acheron for approx 5 yearsOlly and Maggie have taken up a farm ownership opportunity in Taihape.
Justin Thompson (JT)
JT had been with Coleridge Downs for 4 years. He has worked at many well known farms such as Lone Star farms. Now Managing a large Operation West of Auckland.
Carey Pawson-Edwards
Carey is a graduated cadet from 2018. Carey held various roles of management from managing our Lumina lamb finishing, venison finishing and a Techno system growing our replacement heifers during his 6 years at Coleridge Downs.Carey has now taken up a leading role as Stock Manager at Caberfeidh - Lonestar Farms in the Hakataramea Valley
Henry Pinfold
Henry had been with Coleridge Downs for 3 years Managing Dry Acheron and Big Ben.Previously from the Waitaki Valley and Northern SouthlandHenry is now taken up a leading Role at Glenary Station in Northern Southland.
